Angie's Recovery Tip: A Journey to The Wisest Part of Yourself

Today, I want to take you on a little journey to the wisest part of yourself. The part of you that knows.

Sit somewhere where you're really comfortable and where you're able to settle down into your body.

Take a few really deep cleansing breaths and allow yourself to come home this very moment in time and to let go of everything that you worried about today, the things that have been running through your mind causing you anxiety.

Let all that go...and settle in.
